Residences rich in style and substance
The Perigon's residences embody a fusion of design and sophistication, meticulously shaped to enhance Miami's natural beauty. The architecture presents a harmonious blend of sleek lines and gentle curves, mirroring the building's silhouette while embracing the ambient natural elements.
Sunlight streams through floor-to-ceiling windows, casting a spectrum of colors across each level, highlighting the interiors with the sun's transient beauty. The open, airy floor plans encourage a sense of freedom, with each space flowing effortlessly into the next. Expansive wraparound terraces, crafted for privacy, extend the living space, offering a visual continuum from the earth to the ocean. The residences are a testament to flawless craftsmanship, enduring elegance, and the profound allure of the oceanic panorama.
Designed by OMA,
founded by Rem Koolhaas
Guided by OMA New York Partner Jason Long, the architectural design features a series of "towers" strategically rotated to maximize views from every residence towards the Atlantic Ocean, while also enhancing vistas of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline across Miami Beach.
The towers are combined and elevated into a unified structure that capitalizes on the expansive views and liberates the ground level, giving the impression that the building lightly grazes the earth. This approach minimizes the building's footprint, allowing for more extensive garden spaces below. The design of the interwoven towers is set to achieve LEED Gold certification upon completion. The towers' contrasting forms—one organic, the other orthogonal—emphasize their distinct interplay.
Where each day brings delight to the eyes and solace to the senses.
The Perigon was designed to overlook the endless expanse of the Atlantic and storied sands of Miami Beach, and to offer its residents a chance to live in them. Envisaged with a unique indoor-outdoor experience, this waterfront dwelling features an array of luxuries that blur the bounds of interior and exterior space, allowing occupants to unlock the land, water, and surrounding nature from the comfort of their own home.
